What school, and how much money? Stats?
If you're dissatisfied and think you can do better, then yeah, you should probably drop out and reapply.
If your stats are good, try asking the school for more money, threatening to drop out if they don't give you more.

With those stats, you're a slight splitter at nearly every T14. By reapplying you might be able to snag $50-80K at a lower T14, but I don't think you can do much better at a CCN. Tough call.
(This is all off the top of my head. Do your own research on LSN.)

If you get a 175+, CLS or NYU (probably both) will give you more money. Don't worry about the schools getting butthurt. They can't afford to be that picky anyway. Explain that you dropped out for financial reasons and to complete your military service, and no one will look askance at you.
