I already had my transcripts sent (I can request them online to be sent via mail) and I was wondering if it is totally necessary to have them sent with the trancript request forms?

Nope, it will just take LSAC longer to process it without the form.

old topic, but yes I did this too. Took them 6-7 days to match it from the day my school sent it.

It's been two weeks for me since I had my university send it in. Has anyone experienced such a delay with LSAC, and is it somewhat common that it's lost on the way there?

I purchased the order for my university to send my transcript to LSAC without a transcript request form Jun 27 (11 days ago). LSAC has not processed it.

Did they process your transcripts yet? I just sent mine in last Monday without a request form and I'm wondering how long it might take.

Last Tuesday for me. Still haven't heard anything. It feels like waiting for my LSAT score all over again minus the not knowing what my score is.

It's been about two weeks since I requested mine. I know for a fact that one of my unis did send the transcripts out over ten days ago. The LSAC does not yet show that any of my transcripts have been received.

A little off-topic, but it might be nice for you to know that even once they process your transcript and show it as "received" they won't show you your academic summary report unless you've paid for CAS.

I had mine sent a week ago and it's still not showing up. Does LSAC (or CAS) send you an email notification once they receive the transcript, or do you need to check your LSAC account every time to see if it's in?

They will send you an email. It takes a little bit, just be patient

I did not receive an email. Logged on today and on the righthand column where it says like when someone submits a letter for you, it says they received it.

Took mine about 2 weeks to be processed without the request form attached. I'd say hang in there for a few more days.

Lol You guys are so impatient its scary. You realize the school has to mail it, it has to get there, get sorted, and then someone manually has to calculate every class you ever took right? Your saying "Its been 2 weeks" like that is a long turn around for what they are asked to do...

LSAC just sent me an email that they received one of my transcripts. It's one I didn't have a transcript form for. It took about two weeks. They haven't shown they've gotten my other transcripts yet, also ordered around two weeks ago, and those ones are coming with a transcript form.

Two weeks seems pretty reasonable, in terms of processing at my college, mailing, then processing at LSAC.
