Does anyone else occasionally forget that they've applied to a school? I do that sometimes.
Got this one too. I'm excited though, it's one of the first unsolicited ones I might actually use

Anyone know anything about soliciting a need-based waiver from George Washington?

Supposedly they were waiving all app fees for everyone this cycle, but a few pages back someone said that their fee wasn't being waived at checkout.

Just got an LGBT-targeted e-mail from a UVA 3L involved with Lambda. It included an offer of a fee waiver (though I applied over a month and a half ago) and notice that he'd be calling me next week to answer any questions I have about UVA and being ghey in Charlottesville. It looks like the targeted recruiting campaigns are really kicking off.

Or gay 3L's are really lonely in Charlottesville.

We'll have to compare phone calls next week.

So LSAC has been down and I have a rec in the mail. I have 2 on file and the one on its way will be the 3rd. Does anyone know if I can send letters for free to schools via LSAC after I send in my application? For example, if I apply to NYU today, can I send my 3rd rec after my application is completed?

Oh, they seem to have ditched the annoying captcha images when logging into status checkers, thank god.

Shit, with all the election phonebanking nonsense, I haven't answered a call from an unfamiliar number in weeks. Oops.

AHAHA, I just got an e-mail from (supposedly) the APALSA (Asian Pacific American Law Students Association) of Harvard congratulating me on admissions to Harvard even though I never applied and I don't think they've started accepting people. Maybe I should forward this e-mail to my mom. She would freak out thinking I got in.

received fee waivers to UVA (11/5), Duke (11/5), and Penn (11/6).

I'm not sure if it's some kind of "apply so we can reject you" scheme or not... I wasn't planning to apply to any of them with 3.4 / 168
