When can we start filling out applications, and how soon can we send them? (This being for admission to law school in fall, 2013.)

I think most schools' apps will go live in August, and you can submit as soon as they're available, assuming you have all your other ducks (LORs, essays, addenda, C&F, etc.) in a row.

Lots of September 1st or 15th open dates last year.
