The answer is going to be somewhere between "don't worry bro, you'll be fine" and "you're fucked don't ever apply." I don't think anyone here is knowledgeable enough to answer specific questions in your case. Apply to a larger range of schools than normal and talk to a C&F attorney about your ability to pass the bar in the meantime.
But yes, absolutely disclose it all. Be as honest as possible.

I was charged with a rather serious crime (much more serious than yours) and had it expunged as a first offense as well.
I was advised not to discuss this in my PS and simply attached a C&F addendum. Everyone I have spoken with, including people quite familiar with bar admission, have told me a single expunged offense from several years back will not hinder upon bar admission.
The gf thing sounds like a non-issue in my humble 0L opinion.
Btw, I slightly outperformed my numbers this cycle and am a relatively vanilla applicant.

Scottie - when you say you outperformed your numbers, are you referring to school medians or the numbers you sent schools before you graduated?
Anymore advice will be greatly appreciated!
Sorry, PMed by accident. I outperformed medians. I was a reach at several schools I got into despite a C&F issue regarding a serious conflict with police officers.
