Major gpa less than 3.0- does it matter?

My lsac gpa is greater than 3.0 but my major gpa is less than 3.0
Does that matter at all? Will I be shut out at some schools because of this?

I've always appreciated a GPA with a sense of humor. I wish Adcomms took that into account.

Don't worry about your GPA. Your Bench Press is whats most important.
