Should I apply to these crappy schools just for the lulz?

Post by notaznguy » Fri Mar 16, 2012 6:23 pm

So I'm getting a ton of emails from those TTT/T schools and they're giving me a waiver, meaning I wouldn't have to pay a dime to apply there.

Should I do it just to get a cool acceptance letter but not go?

You still have to pay the report fee, it's like 18 bucks. But if that $18 is worth it to you to feel better about yourself, go ahead.

Good schools give out waivers like crazy too, so why waste the $18 on bad ones?

My thoughts exactly. I mean I applied to 19 schools and only paid the full fee for 3 of those. But the schools I applied to were in the ballpark of where I was looking at going. To be fair, without a fee waiver, I wouldn't be attending where I am right now.

I see you like to flush money down the toilet. I think you should fit right in around here.

Same here. Thanks, fee waivers.

Now I'm curious to know where you go to school. Your TLS Box mentions anal sex so I'm assuming it's an Ivy?
