Hello all,

I was just wondering if anyone knew where I could find the information for the number of "in-state" students that the state schools are required to admit. I heard from someone that this was a requirement, and assuming that its true, I feel like there should be some information on this somewhere. I tried a google search and could not find the data.

Anyone?

best,
GM

It varies widely from school to school, and some have no such policy at all. You have to be more specific.

Each state has different requirements (or, no requirement at all). The only place where this seems to be a big deal is UVA, which reserves approx. 40% of its seats for Virginians.

Oh okay. So there is no master list that details each of the schools and their respective requirements?

I'm looking for info on the The University of Arizona and Arizona State, since I'm a resident here in AZ.
