Question regarding second semester grades. I was wondering if anyone knew how law schools viewed a students last semester grades? Basically my question is how much can ones gpa drop without feeling any repercussions? Obviously I realize it would effect it if one were to take a year off, but if one has already been accepted somewhere, does a drop in gpa matter?

Doesn't matter brah. Not like undergrad is hard anyway. Pass/fail stuff if you want.

Upward or Downward trends are only marginally useful afaik, what matters is the number at the end so you should be doing your best to increase that.

If you think your GPA might go down, get your transcript sent to LSAC now and then only update it next year if schools ask you to. We will see if anyone disagrees with me on that :P

Did you even bother to read OP?

Anyway, it really doesn't matter. My grades were horrible senior year and schools don't care. They just report the GPA you applied with to LSAC, so if they've accepted you they just want your money.
