Well since this looks like you drew names from a hat, where do you want to work?

It really depends on where you want to start practicing. I would personally vote Fordham or Davis.

The problem I had was that I took the LSAT in December and decided to apply to a bunch of schools thinking that I wouldn't get into a bunch because my file would be at the bottom of the pile. So i ended up choosing to apply to schools that I would like to go to. In some cases, like that of Pepperdine, Fordham and OSU, I chose to apply there because they have really strong Dispute Resolution programs. There were multiple factors that affected my decision on where to apply, including distance, location, national reputation, program choices, etc, but now I am in a bind because I thought I would be much more limited in choices than I actually am.

If you absolutely had to choose, where would you go?

Also, what are your thoughts on Pepperdine? As far as region is concerned, I'm not concerned with distance, and I wouldn't mind practicing in California.

i would go to pepperdine, or fordham. pepperdine because it's such a gorgeous location (hills of malibu) you got the ocean two blocks away. they actually have a balcony facing the ocean. i visited them totally randomly when i was wandering around malibu in my rented maxima when i was considering ucla. fordham because its the third highest ranked law school in ny. that has to help with finding a job and ny is such a big market.

Of those choices, UC Davis. Davis is a very pleasant town. Its a suburban ecotopia.

Davis has a better shot at biglaw if thats ure game. Pepperdine is nice, but LA is saturated and you're at a competitive disadvantage. HTH.
