Advice for books to read/ways to prep brain for law school?

Sounds silly - not really. I am an older guy - been sitting behind a desk for better part of 15 years. About to start law school in the fall. Looking for ways to get my mind more actively engaged in the "thinking" process that I have been out of practice with since undergrad.

I've seen Getting to Maybe suggested by several people and I've seen more people suggest reading nothing. There is a thread somewhere on it :P
