If you do hit a 172 or so, it would definitely be worth your while. You may be able to apply ED and be accepted to a splitter friendly school like Michigan/Penn/UVA, if you applied in September or October.

With a 3.0 GPA, I would also be aiming for WUSTL if you got a 170+ and are fine with the possibility of the Midwest. The scholarships there for splitters are pretty amazing. I got 84k with a 170/3.27. http://washu.lawschoolnumbers.com/applicants/1112

Also, if you are say Cuban or something (Not URM enough), you still get a substantial boost. You applied too late to take advantage of your assets, IMO. Next cycle will go much better for you, even without a retake.

TITTCR. Retake if you can, but sit out this cycle and aim higher for the next one.
