Haha yeah, that's why I wanted to clarify.

Sounds like it's an automatic tuition reduction for your first year as a reward for giving them marketing information ("we got this qualified applicant through CRS").

Kinda like those surveys on the back of restaurant receipts where you get $1 off or a free cookie or something
