Top Law Schools

I am from right around Boulder, Colorado, and will be a 3 year grad at Colorado State in Math with stats. Currently my LSAC projections sit at 3.40 and tested at 153 on a cold run of my LSAT. From what I have read if I study hard I have a chance to end up around 165, but more likely low 160s, thus my quandary.

If I don't get into CU, though I do have legacy/possible LOR from sitting regional circuit judge that attended CU, I don't really know where to go from there. I am looking for suggestions and people's opinions about the other mountain schools, Utah, Arizona, Arizona State.

Tulane places well nationally??

I don't know anything about sports law, but if you are set on the mountain region, CU is going to be your best bet. It'll be less of an uphill battle than all of the other schools. Raise that LSAT. A LOT. Also, if you are still a CO resident, you could get in-state tuition your first year and save yourself some money.

And not to be a dick, but Tulane doesn't place well nationally. In anything.

Okay my real question is why is Utah so much lower regarded than CU, when their employment stats are a little better? I'm not saying Utah is better but most see a chasm, why? And thanks for your info. I'm not saying tulane places amazing nationally, I'm saying compared to other east schools in the same class, or is that incorrect too?
