Application Questions?

Evening mates,
So I'm filling out a few applications and have a few questions:
1. When the school asks you to identify your ethnicity/race, should I indicate mine if I am not a URM? I am Asian, and someone has told me that it might actually hurt my chances.
2. If I have multiple LSATs, should I indicate all of them in the application or should I just mark my highest?
Thanks!
EDIT: Are you fucking kidding me? Indiana requires an addendum for those who received speeding tickets..?

1. I don't see why posting as Asian would hinder your candidacy.... but if your last name is an asian last name, they would know either way so ----- just be honest
2. When they ask for LSAT scores, they give you the option to post the dates and score. That means you should post ALL of it ---- just be honest
Best of luck to your apps!

There's been numerous threads about the role ethnicity has in the law school admissions process. TCR is that for law schools, it doesn't matter unless you're a URM (it matters more in UG).
And yes, report all the scores. Full disclosure is definitely the way to go.

I'd say there are benefits to listing your race as Asian, just not an admissions boost.
At my school, we have a minority student orientation with tons of fun events and activities prior to the general 1L orientation, but you don't get invited to this orientation unless you've marked off your race as something other than white. You also get invitations to join APALSA or SALSA based on what you marked off (of course, you can seek these groups out and join once you get to school, but it's easier if you're put on their mailing list from the start). Our CDO also sends all students who identified as minorities info about diversity SA programs, which of course you could apply to anyway, but you'd have to seek it out.
