169/3.81 and only now sending out my Cornell application. Would writing a "Why Cornell" statement help my chances at getting a scholarship from Cornell? Or is it really only for helping on-the-fence applicants get admitted. If there is any chance of a scholarship, how much $ do you think?

My Cornell app through CAS had that as a required part of the application, so I filled it in.
