I think, at least very technically, a "full scholarship" would be associated with those costs directly attributed to attending. I.e., full tuition would be the easiest line, and the one most use, but it might include a stipend for books, transportation, etc. There are some basic costs associated with simply living, and those are rarely (ever?) covered.

If we're talking full tuition, several schools give them. However, there is a difference between "Full-ride" and a scholarship that only covers the current estimated costs (i.e., the 120K offered at IU-Bloomington to so many last year).

I got 150K from UCLA, so yes.

I have a full tuition scholarship and a 1500 stipend, but no cost of living money.

My scholarship at Indiana states it's full tuition for three years, it didn't have a figure listed so I was thinking tuition increases would be covered. I better confirm this when I go visit. I've heard of a couple of people getting small stipends (4k) but unfortunately I'm not one of them.
