E-mail address change. Best way to notify schools?

Hi TLS,
My undergraduate university just changed all of our student e-mail addresses. What is the best way to update the law schools I applied to? Will a short e-mail from my new address be fine? Should I send it to the generic admissions e-mail address at each law school?
Please advise.
(Also, I know this sounds like sort of a ridiculous question, I'm just hesitant to have any potentially unnecessary correspondence with any law schools. Help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.)
