Awards and honors

I was nominated for an award for the top honor in my college. Only some people have this privilage of being nominated and asked to apply. I'm currently under review for the honor.
On my application for the awards and honors section, can I put:
(Name of School) Scholar Award, Nominated and Under Review
-Highest academic recognition from school
-Senior standing, academic and community involvement and excellence
