under review

My application status has changed to under review. What comes next, the decision? Sorry for the noob question. Also how long does it take to get to the next stage? thanks guys
It depends on the school what messages will show up next, but generally the decision (or hold) will come after you go under review. Many schools list you as under review for over a month, though, so don't expect anything too soon!
