Problem with Personal Statement

Hello everyone,

I was looking over my personal statement today and I noticed that I have a slight grammatical error in the last paragraph of the it. To be precise, it reads:

"With all these factors in mind, I am fully commitment to the study of law"

When it should read:

"With all these factors in mind, I am fully committed to the study of law"

Sadly I have already submitted the statement.... What do I do?!?! I am so worried because I was so happy with my application and now I fear that this will jeopardise my chances of getting in. LSAC says that - in the case of a mistake - one must contact the law school directly - do you think this would be a good idea? Or, should I leave the mistake and hope it goes unnoticed?

In sum - oh dear! Any advice would be great.

Thank you!

As helpful as that is, it hasn't really answered my question....

Honestly, they will probably just read over it..I wouldn't worry at all if I were you..

I feel like sending an e-mail to the school and notifying them of the mistake will just bring more attention to it. If it were ME I would just leave it be :)
