Application Fee Waiver advice!!

I just had some questions on how to go about asking for a fee waiver. Since I do not qualify for the LSAC fee waiver now (I was being financially supported by my parents when I initially registered for all of the required stuff; therefore didn't need a waiver then) I do not "qualify" for many of the schools fee waivers that I am interested in because they supposedly only accept LSAC's. Has anyone sent in a fee waiver request letter? If so, what did it include and what were your results? Did you get the fee waiver more often than not?

Any advice would be great!

Did you see this page?

I basically followed that and made requests to GULC and GW, got the one from GULC, denied for GW.

I saw that too, thanks for passing it along. Unfortunately, I am concerned my lower LSAT score would automatically turn schools away from giving me a fee waiver, so I was looking for some other means of asking through a small statement or something. My GPA and extra curricular activities are good, but LSAT score is just low. I appreciate you forwarding this link to me though!

Some schools give you a fee waiver just for asking.

That was my hope. Thanks for giving me some verification on that. I'll start sending those requests out, I appreciate it!
