Top Law Schools

On applications, where it asks to list all activities and involvement (including leadership positions) in order of importance, am I literally repeating everything that's on my resume? Should I give a more detailed description, or should I be brief and succinct? They ask for me to attach my resume as well. Thanks.

I think I just pasted the section from my resume in, but took the extra space to elaborate anything that I felt could use it (since space on my resume was really tight).
