Top Law Schools

All applications ask what other schools I am applying to. I am unsure how to answer this question.

For safety schools, can/should I put other safety and target schools (not reaches)?
For target schools, should I put other safety/target schools? Any reaches?
For reach schools, should I only put target and reach schools?

If I have 18 schools, is it ok to only list 8 schools (to show that I am not applying everywhere and to not have to list everything each time)?

Will other schools see if I do not list everything? I do not want to be lying and will not do this if I shouldn't.

This has been answered probably three times a week since the site was founded.

In fact, all your questions so far have been answered many, many times. It's going to start annoying people pretty quickly.

I really would apprecaite your advice, rather than telling me to search and search in the same amount if time it could have taken you to answer. Thanks for any help!
