As an out of state student, I know that applying to UF as an undergrad with a sibling helps. If I am an out of state student and have a sibling there now as an undergrad, can this help when applying to their law school? Is there a spot to indicate this on the application?

Is there anywhere on the app to indicate this? I couldn't find anywhere?
More importantly, can this help with admission, especially if I am a borderline applicant?

Borderline in-state and borderline out-of-state in the case of UF are completely different. From what I understand, the soft-floor for UF in-state is a 158 LSAT, whereas last year, there were out-of-state individuals that applied to UF with a 168 and good GPAs and were rejected. I think the general consensus is on this forum is that unless your connect literally built a wing of the school, it won't help you much.
