CRAP. TYPED IN "Bachelor of Sci" instead of "Bachelor of Art

On a majority of my apps that I've sent out, I had a brain fart and put "BS" instead of "BA" for my Poli Sci degree. I'm a double major in Psychology (BS) and Poli Sci (BA)--that's probably where the typo occurred.
Is it necessary to inform the Admissions Committee of this mistake? or will they realize on their own that this was an accident?

Its an easy mistake to make. Political Science is a science. I always remind my friends that we are scientists.

obviously if you are political theory you are a phil major basically, but if you are IR, like I am, and go to a heavily qualitative school, like i do, it can be a science basically.

After taking years of what can best be described as "political math" classes, I must admit some jealousy of my peers who took the political theory emphasis instead. Though, I dunno. Maybe they found some way to have multivariate regression analyses fit into their philosophical studies. (Not that Philosophy itself is anything to scoff at in its pure Logic emphases of course.)
I wonder if Political Science is less sciency at the schools where they let professors express political opinions. At my undergrad virtually no professor ever hinted at their leanings. Professional norms to avoid allegations of partisanship in their research, perhaps.

It's not a science just because you do a little bit of data analysis.
"Science" covers a lot of ground, but it means a specific thing. Unless the field rigorously uses the experimental method, it is not a science. Even in heavily quantitative fields, like economics, the methodology is best described as post-hoc rationalization, not science.

Seems like a harmless mistake. I guess it couldn't hurt to let schools know but personally I wouldn't bother. Also, lol @ the guy arguing that poli sci is a science.
