NYU furman academic scholarship question

According to the NYU website, applicants interested in Furman Scholarship need to complete the application by Jan 1.
I wanted to apply for the furman scholarship, but I only managed to complete the application a couple of minutes before the end of Jan 1 (11:50 pm Jan 1).
I am not sure whether my application is late by NYU's standard.
I am wondering whether anyone has similar experience?
