When to Send Additional Letters of Recommendations

Hello all. I have submitted most of my applications. I sent in the required two letters of recommendations, but have recently been told by my mentor that he really wants to write one for me. I know its going to be good. I didn't ask him to write one before because he already does so much for me, that I felt bad. He voluntarily asked to do this. He's sending it to LSAC tomorrow. Question is, should I send the schools I have not heard back from this additional letter? Or should I only send it along with the other two recs to the schools I have not yet applied, but planning on doing so tonight?...
