Yeah, not exactly news that Federal loans are creating a glut of graduate students, but the ABA does good work.
The interesting nugget is at the end - they love to harp on the changing "structure" of the legal market:
The U.S. legal profession is in the midst of a broad structural transformation. Meeting the challenge to compete in a global economy requires a higher-education policy that honestly addresses issues of access, cost containment and national interest.
You go big, go cheap or stay home, basically.

Decent article. Didnt say anything everybody didn't already know, and completely ignores their role as the one that accredited every law school that paid them to do so. At least they aren't completely denying the situation...
