But in your opinion, do you actually believe you're unique? Growing up in a small town could may have given you a unique perspective, but that sort of depends how it affected you. From what I've heard, if it's well written and effective, you should submit it. If it doesn't offer a convincing case for adding diversity, then it might hurt you.

I attached a similar DS to all my apps and I have been having a fairly successful cycle. My PS also tied into the theme. One thing I was weary of was risking sounding too sheltered, but I also tried to convey that in my heart I am a country boy. I could PM you my DS and PS if you would really like.
