Incentive to keep up GPA senior year?

Is there any incentive to keep working hard academically senior year if I already sent out LS apps? I know I can't completely tank the year but would there be any harm (ie. later in life) in getting a 3.2 after averaging a 3.7?

Do I have to report final UG gpa even after I attend LS?

Lots of schools will request updates before they even accept you.

I know of one prominent law firm that required college & high school transcripts in addition to top 5% law school rank. Not sure if this is still their practice.
Also, Harvard Law & some other law schools require college transcripts for transfer applicants.

My law school did not see my second semester senior grades until I was already there. You have to be pretty bad for it to matter. Like going from 4.0 to 2.5 final semester.
