Top Law Schools

Assuming that I have already submitted applications (and checking the box for upcoming December LSAT scores), do i just assume the schools will see this or should I alert the schools individually of my soon to be released scores? And how should I let them know?

The schools will probably figure it out on their own, but it can't hurt to send a quick email.
