Tangential, but how important is prior WE? Is transitioning from, say, NGOs/education to biglaw doable/common?

Congrats. Harvard brand > Berkeley, even though the latter is obviously a top notch school. At the end of the day, I think name matters as much as or even more than the actual quality of education.
