3.1/168 who will give me the biggest scholly?

So I sent out applications to all the schools I would actually attend about six weeks ago but I was wondering if there is anywhere I could apply this late and still get a big scholarship that I can use to help me negotiate with other schools. Any ideas?
Here are the schools I have already applied too.
CU-Boulder
DU (already admitted with 21k a year)
UW-Madison
USD
Loyola LA
Loyola Chicago
Depaul
Fordham (Waitlisted)
George Washington
WUSTL

FWIW, IU-B is being extremely stingy this year. People who would have easily gotten the 120k last year are getting 30k divided over all 3 years.
WUSTL might give you some money since you're at the magic 168 but your GPA is rough.

GW only gives schollies if you apply ED; you'd be lucky to even get in regular decision with those numbers. GW pretends to have need-based aid, but they basically only give it to 1Ls (most current 2Ls that received it 1L year got either $0 or had their amount drop dramatically - think $15k to $3k)).
FWIW, CU gave me $5k/yr with 3.4/169. so they're probably not giving you anything worthwhile either.

Typically if you land on the WL than you won't be getting any $$$. WUSTL seems to be more forgiving of GPA for sure.

The underlying problem is that big splitters don't really get a lot of scholarship love and what they do get is less negotiable.

It will be IUB and it's hardly worth it.
Personally, I would retake to 170+

167 / 3.44 and GW rejected me... so idk I wouldn't expect anything big
