C&F question (lots of petty traffic stuff)

So, based on what I've found and what I remember, I have 9 traffic related incidents on my record. These took place over the course of about 10 years.
Is there anyone on TLS who's actually knowledgeable about this that can give any advice?
2 speeding tickets (both guilty)
2 cellphone tickets (one traffic school, one guilty)
3 fix-it tickets (all corrected)
2 failure to yield/stop tickets (traffic school for both)
I also found a dog leash ticket. I never even knew about this. Apparently my dog escaped from my mom's house in 2003. I haven't lived there since 2000.
I know I need to disclose the speeding tickets and probably the cellphone tickets.
What about the tickets that I did traffic school for? What about the fix-it tickets? Dog leash ticket?
Again, I don't want to hear "when in doubt, disclose." That's not helpful at all. I want to hear from someone who actually knows whether or not fix-it tickets are the kind of thing they're looking for. Thanks!

lol@ your driving record. Just curious: have you ever been in any accidents? Be SAFE!

I think it depends on the wording for each app, but I think all of that stuff is stuff to disclose, even the fix-it tickets. Briefly explain the situation for each ticket, and the outcome. From what I've read here, most schools don't care about traffic tickets/the small stuff.
And stop talking on your cell phone while speeding

Never in my life! I'm a great driver.
Though I did spend many years driving around in shitty cars. Also, I think cops in Irvine don't like people with tattoos.

There is no right answer. The C&F questions don't come close to addressing every nuance and none of us know enough about the legal system, especially about fix it tickets to know. I believe fix-it tickets are infractions and in some states equivalent to parking tickets. The ultimate question is will you get dinged on the bar for not disclosing.
The fix it tickets might actually be a boost in the admissions application though. You were so poor that you couldn't afford a car that wasn't in dire need of repairs? The cops would financially penalize you for being poor? Which only contributed to your poverty?
That is my 2 cents.

Fix-it tickets can also be for stuff like overly tinted windows, lack of front license plate, racing modifications, etc.

Fo sho. I removed my front license plate, tinted my windows, and put nitrous boosters on my car so I could speed through stop signs on my cellphone.
But I guess I'll just disclose it. It will look small compared to some of the stuff I read about on here.

Tickets...had a bunch, don't even know how many, probably 5-7, my biggest problem was that I never paid them. Have two arrests over tickets I just never paid, and got pulled over with a warrant and went to jail for a couple hours only to OR out. But in the last 5 years nothing...will this be a problem? All tickets have been addressed and resolved to the best of my knowledge.

Yeah, as a matter of fact I was worried about it. That's why I asked.

Are you going to disclose that you touch yourself at night too?

Fix it tickets generally aren't considered tickets. The courts part is destroyed when you comply. The ones we wrote when I was a cop don't even go on your record. So, unless they show on yours they may not need to be disclosed. The traffic school ones, however, are tickets like any other.

Also, burned out headlights, failure to have proof of insurance in your vehicle, broken seatbelts, improper tire tread, etc.
