Top Law Schools

I am going to be getting 3 LORs (2 professional and 1 academic) and I was planning on designating all of them as "For all Law Schools". But for the law schools that require only 1 or 2 can I choose which letter(s) they see even though I have designated all 3 as for all law schools?

I am going to be sending the academic LOR to all the schools I apply to but I will use the professional LORs interchangeably depending on the school's reputation on tax law and healthcare law...
