One LOR?

One of my recommenders just sent in my letter today. My other recommender sent his in in November. How bad is it to submit applications to certain schools (those that require only one LOR)? Should I wait until my other letter is posted? Thanks.

When do those schools close for the holidays?

If schools only require one, then it makes sense to apply to those now. But your other letter is coming too late to be considered before New Years.
