"Please limit your answer to two 8-1/2 x 11 pages (which must be attached electronically). Please include your name and LSAC account number on each supplemental page."
^These are the instructions for the Personal Statement for Case Western Reserve. Maybe I'm reading too much into it...but...does this mean we put our name and account number on each page of our statement? OR each additional page, meaning each page after the two pages? So confused....help please!

Like as a header? Just a question, if we are submitting our applications electronically, why do we need to put our name on each page?

Name and LSAC # in the header of every page. (Don't forget page numbers in the footer.) GL!
