Told them to Hold, but now Under Review?

I asked the schools I was applying to to hold my application until my Dec LSAT score was in. One particular school said that would be noted in my file, but I noticed yesterday that my status changed to under review. Is that normal? Should I email them again or just trust them?

Don't trust them. Email or call right away today. This happened to me and I was accepted in to a school when they only had one LOR from me.
