Personal Statement Flub

So I turned in my apps and while going back through them I found that I omitted a word. Rather than reading "allowing me TO help" it reads "allowing me help". So that's awesome.
Question is: Do I go back to each school via email and try to fix it or would it just as easily be overlooked?
After spending so much time writing this it's just a kick in the face to have overlooked something so simple.

did something similar in one of my Why X school essays. the general consensus is that it doesn't matter unless it's right at the VERY BEGINNING of the essay

Updating will just call attention to it. Don't worry about it, it's not a big deal and didn't even change the phrase into something offensive.

I love these threads. They make me realize how normal I am.

FWIW: I did something very similar in my "Why Cornell" essay (left out a preposition in the first paragraph), and I still got in.
