Top Law Schools

I have a few drinking tickets from the school I am currently attending, however none of them resulted in any disciplinary action , I.E: suspension or probation, they were all subjected to a minor fine.

It seems that for the schools I am applying to they consider disciplinary action to be one or more of the following - probation, suspension, dismissal or other disciplinary action, hearing or investigation of any type.

Do I have to write an addendum for these items?
