I like UNC. Is it pointless for a 3.4/166 non urm/non resident? I'm don't exactly have the funds to waste money on applications.

They take 25% from out of state from what I remember. Your GPA seems a bit low considering you're out of state. Maybe if you have a really compelling Why Carolina...
