Dream Schools: Columbia, NYU, Harvard, Penn, Stanford
Other Schools I'm Applying to: Cornell, Michigan, Fordham, UCLA, Vanderbilt
Safeties: I can't think of any safeties that I would want to attend

Thoughts on my chances? Will the arrests hurt me? Will URM help me even though I am only 1/4 AA?

Yes three arrests will ding you.

I think your list is a tad aggressive, but I'm not exactly sure how big of a URM boost schools give, especially given your situation. I would keep looking and add a few more lower ranked schools, because honestly I feel as though your dream schools are going to be very tough to get into and even some of your targets may be tough depending on how they factor in both the URM and arrests.

In my opinion, your list of law schools is unrealistic in light of your LSAT scores & your three arrests.

If we were basing this off of numbers and URM status, I'd say you have a solid shot at the targets and some shot at the reaches. However, we really have absolutely no way of predicting based on negative softs like your arrest record.
