I have my UG GPA which is going to be listed on my transcript but I also have a few classes that I took part-time at another institution (community college) which I obviously have to report to LSAC however they don't have any bearing on my UG GPA. They do however significantly lower my GPA if you figure those classes in. Which GPA do I list on applications? Also, if I'm deciding which schools to apply to and looking at medians, should I factor my ug gpa(3.9x) or my lsac (3.7x)

Only LSAC GPA matters.

It's fine to put your undergrad GPA on the applications, and they'll still looks at LSAC's calculation.

If I write an addendum do you think it would help? There is a stark difference between 9 credits at a community college and 130 credits at a 4-year university earning a 3.9x.

tbh an addendum will probably only help on the most marginal cases. Most schools care about their numbers and not gpa trends
It doesn't hurt to write one though and you should. Just don't expect to be treated like an applicant who has anything more than a 3.7x

That's what i'm doing. I have a 3.28, but if you would drop my fall semester freshman year i have a 3.61. I wrote an addendum, but i'm not expecting any special treatment

Unless you come across as whiny/making excuses, it won't hurt. You might as well have something on file in case someone decides to wonder about it and look around for an answer. But, most likely, they won't, and they'll just assume you're like the many other people who have low grades from an early stint through CC.
