I think you'll have to use your October LSAT score, unfortunately. I don't think any schools will let you apply Early Decision but consider a December LSAT score.

I mean that I don't want to wait until RD's result is out.

For someone who is a non-native speaker of English and says English is an obstacle, you write quite well. Kudos. I feel that monolingualism is not a good thing, and I wish we put more emphasis on education in languages in the United States.

The problem with your situation though, however unique it is, is that I don't schools are not permitted to accept you without an LSAT score, and they have an incentive to protect their medians.
