Is it ok to have an LoR I won't use on file?

Uh, so initially I thought law schools required 3 LoRs. So asked 1 prof and 2 employers. Then I realized then I'm still in undergrad and should probably get 2 profs. So I'm probably gonna end up not using the 2 employer LoRs. However, 1 of the employers never submitted her stupid letter and I don't really want to bother asking her to do it anymore since I'm not even going to use it. This doesn't matter right? All the admissions will see are the 2 letters I submit right?

Won't matter. Schools are only going to see whatever you assign for them to see.
