Georgetown Interview Request

Well I didn't expect to get WL'd from UVA ED (3.07/174) but luckily i applied to other schools lol.

To be frank, I know very little about GULC admissions compared to how much I had learned applying to UVA. I just got an email requesting an interview. Is this a good sign? They said my application was strong but they want to assess personal factors (which is understandable since I was arrested for felony fake ID manufacture and suspended (clean record tho)). Am I really that special? Should I approach this with some optimistic confidence? Or do they send this to most people?

In any case, what do I do from here? Is there anything I should do? The more specific the better. Anyone go through this process? What types of things are they looking for me to say? How do you convey in person the fact that I have matured?

Thanks!

It's for borderline candidates. Do your best, can't possibly hurt you

In short, they want your LSAT score, but they are not sure that they want you.

Otherwise, it is best to just be yourself & let them decide whether or not to make an offer of admission.

Do you think they will ask about low GPAs during the interview?

Sounds like fair game to me.
