That's a horrid argument. You are, again, using a straw man. I don't know how many times I need to explain I never stated bh meant only what I thought it referenced. I only stated it had a different meaning to me based on my environment, associations, friends, cultural experience. I have never head bh used the way you guys have. Unlike you, I am not arguing it only means 1 thing. Stop using straw man arguments. Please.

You need to learn to admit defeat. No one's arguing against a straw man. You're arguing that blowhard has a meaning relating to blowjobs. We're arguing that it does not--not "where you're from" or anywhere. It's plausible that in your group of friends you gave it a special meaning, although you haven't explained what that meaning would be, beside using the word "blow" and "hard" separately as a phrase.

It's pretty clear what happened: You read the screen name. You were unfamiliar with the word "blowhard," which is somewhat of an outdated word. You thought it had something to do with blowjobs. You were wrong.

No. I WISH the C&F were about weed. They were for oxy, coke, alcohol, and heroin. I basically quit after a crazy lucy experience. Since then it makes me depressed (which is why I find it interesting that you can get rx weed in med. mj. states for depression).

And what you just posted is a different account than what a lot of other people posted. It's funny how even an easy argument to make is made incorrectly. I find that entertaining.

I just wanted to see how long you guys would keep responding.

If you want an alternate definition, google some porn videos/sites/forums. Thought I could get someone to post a ridiculous link like that. If you end up in a crack house once or twice ot run into crack whores trying to make a quick buck on the corner, you may hear it phrased differently. I guess not too many people on hear have talked to prostitutes before or been in crack houses. Definitely a world apart from a law school.

I love that my username has generated so much buzz. Apparently 89vision still hasn't figured out that even if her friends think "blow hard" is about bjs, that's two words and my sn is one word. Wow.

If you were from the affluent suburbs or had been to a crack house, you'd understand.

I've talked to a crackhead or two in my years as a cop. Even they would have gotten it. 89vision is spppeeeccciiiaaalll.

And you still haven't figured out that I just set multiple off on a bunch of ramblings about your name. You are the one who still takes the comments seriously. wow.

89vision is two different terms, but I'm not using a space.

And you are probably going to keep replying...this is getting even funnier.

Don't try to pretend you just pulled one over on us. You genuinely believed what you were saying and are now pretending you pulled one over on anyone.

How old were they, and when did you talk to them? I've never heard blowhard in my life. Why are you getting so snippy? Forget your midol? Was that comment directed to you?

And you are probably going to reply to this, too. I want to see how long I can keep you going. It's getting funny. Especially since I already posted I kept replying just to see how many people would keep responding, and what did you do? You responded. Two more times. Wow. You really do blow hard, er, I mean you are a blowhard.

Oh wait, you replied a third time! I said two terms! I guess you were you like talking more than reading!

No, I didn't mean what I said. It's like you saying the replies to my post were genuine. They were almost exclusively straw man arguments. Meaning either people were also just seeing how far this would go, or they are horrible at making arguments. I don't think we've ever met, so how could you make a judgement on the seriousness of my comments (and...I bet you'll respond to that).

How long until you realize you're not the one egging us on...we're seeing how many times you make yourself look like an idiot. You also need to learn what the hell a strawman is...because no one has used one yet. Go back to studying for the LSAT.

I said I wrote two terms. I did. What's the argument? A lot of people don't put spaces between terms. I didn't, nor have I in any of my email accounts or anything. Are you saying that people should always assume that if there isn't a spacebetweenwordsthanit'soneword?

Terms and words are not synonymous. Some words are terms. Sometimes a group of words is a term as it appears you are claiming "89 vision" is. But, importantly not all words are terms.
