Supplemental Essay (Not a DS)

What are your thoughts/suggestions on submitting a supplemental essay (not part of the app) to the school you really wish you want to attend? Should I write it in essay or letter form, and to whom do you think I should send it to? Thanks.

Are you talking about a supplemental essay on why you want to attend the school? If so: essay format, one page douple-spaced, upload it with the rest of your application materials.
