Northwestern Application question - help please!

Where on the Northwestern application do you submit an addendum (gpa or lsat)
I know this may seem like kind of a dumb question, but I searched and and I couldn't find the answer and I am trying to attach this but I can't find where to put it on the application.
The optional essay section has 2 essay options - 1 is essentially a diversity statement and the other is a why northwestern statement.
